• If all 13,983,816 ticket combinations were additionally purchased for the main Lotto game, they would have made a loss of £8,872,501.
• The prior history of the main Lotto jackpot ticket included 3 wins totalling £30.
• The first appearance of the number 3 for 29 draws has handed over the longest main and winning number absentee crown over to the number 40, which has now failed to appear for 23 consecutive draws.
• The jackpot prize was the lowest ever not to be won.
