• The draw used ball set 6 in the Lancelot machine and the average main Lotto prize was £32.67. One in every 72.7 main Lotto tickets won a prize (=1.38% of players).
• If all 13,983,816 ticket combinations were additionally purchased for the main Lotto game, they would have made a loss of £4,975,321.
• The prior history of the main Lotto jackpot ticket included 2 wins totalling £20.
• The winning number 14 has a lead of two over the rest of the frequency table after appearing for the 53rd time.
• This was the first draw to include the two highest main numbers (48 and 49).
• Ticket sales for the UK lottery have now exceeded £15 billion.
