Comments:

• The draw used ball set T11 in the Excalibur 5 machine
• The average prize was £ 5.63.
• The prior history of the jackpot ticket included 86 wins totalling £685.
• From Saturday 12th July 2003 onwards, Camelot has completely refused to issue per-draw sales figures for any of their individual games, despite continuously doing so for more than 8 years prior to that date. They blamed the media for only concentrating on the main Lotto game sales (which have been falling steadily for years), which seems to be a poor excuse to me.
• The ticket 05 26 29 31 32 and Thunderball 08 became the first one to match at least once in every prize tier, having finally matched its first 3+Thunderball prize tier in this draw to complete the set. Considering the much higher odds of matching the 5+Thunderball jackpot prize tier, it was surprising that this occurred over 2 years after it matched the 5+Thunderball jackpot prize tier, although no ticket actually purchased won that jackpot.
• Prizes won in this draw must be claimed within 180 days i.e. by 5.30pm BST on Wednesday 11th August 2021.
