UK National Lottery Perms

Notes:

Tickets are randomly generated so as to maximise the number of tickets that match my number selection strategy.
Attempts to put invalid values (or nothing) in text boxes will result in random numbers being substituted where appropriate.
The 163 ticket perm uses a 3-match wheel devised by Peter Rosendahl. although it is indexed into 49 random numbers to avoid any repetition.
Similarly, the 19 ticket perm uses a 2-match wheel by Stefan Vandevelde.
