Annoying use of frames here and the character set seems to be non-English
on many of the pages.
Selling real lottery tickets via a
third-party company is probably illegal (some outrageous markups - almost
3 times their normal price !), but at least you have the option
of filling in a form which is submitted "securely" (turns out to run a
mailing CGI in SSL, but I wonder if that sends encrypted mail ??).
