This site uses frames without a <NOFRAMES> section, so you'll get a
blank page if you visit it with a non-frames browser :-(
This is a rather graphically intensive site that sells Australian
Lottery tickets and seems to be a legitimate agent, although
the registration form has to printed out and snail mailed, rather than
submitted online ! This is even more strange when you realise they
do have secure server...
