Yes, one of the more popular lottery states (judging by the number of Florida
lottery clubs anyway) has established itself officially on the Internet, even
if the pages do have the dreaded "under construction" on them. It has an
excellent latest news section (including names of winners !), although it
is a ridiculous size (140K+ of HTML for only 6 weeks of news).
