Disappointingly, this site tells to you to get lost if you don't have a
frames-based browser, which automatically loses it a mark in my books.
Their frames control itself isn't too hot (the whole page, including the
navigation frame itself, reloads every time you click on a button in the
navigation frame) and their Winning Numbers section loads in far too many
graphics (I counted about 40 !).
There's some useful FAQs here, profiles on winners, links to other sites
(disappointingly only to US sites :-( ), lists of unclaimed prizes and a
list of lottery retailers.
