Review:
Scant information on these pages, but it's yet another "COAL" syndicate trying to peddle
its wares. There's no indication of how many people are in a syndicate (or which lotteries
they buy the tickets for) and hence no way to work out how much money COAL are raking in
(or even what COAL stands for !). There's a ridiculously
quickly animated GIF on the home page and you can't play online (the Web form is used only
for requests for more info).
