Would you pay anything up to $30 for software that generates random tickets ?
No, either would I, but this is what this company is trying to do, dressing
up the fact that you're buying an expensive random number generator by
seeding the random sequence with your birthdate and the draw date. At least
you can download 3 examples for free, which is the only reason this site
is worth a couple of marks.
