Review:
Some mildly interesting pages here, although the big shocker is that the
largest lottery in Europe, the UK one, isn't a member of AELLE.
Camelot's annual report has suggested that it will join the organisation
shortly though. One cute fact here is that there is indeed an annual
pan-European lottery which has been running since October 1988 - how come
no-one's ever heard of it then ?
