An interesting document explaining that (with only a few exceptions), any
lottery material sent through the post in the US is breaking federal law !
You could be fined up to $1,000 and spend two years in prison. A shame the
page is somewhat spoiled by an over-large graphic of a US postal service
inspector's badge :-(
