Well, it looks reasonably official, but it's hard to tell because it's all in Polish of course.
A graphic-rich set of pages, these take ages to load, but that's probably partially due to
Poland's poor international Net connections I suspect. The usual faux pas of not supporting
non-frames browsers is present
(in fact you get the only English message on the site - from the "Microsoft Site Builder
Network Team" no less - if your browser doesn't support frames !). Sadly, this site only appears
to carry the lottery results and doesn't seem to offer much else (unless someone can translate
the site and prove me wrong !).
