This site is reasonably slickly presented, but is let down badly by only
allowing South Africans to play :-( At first glance, it looks like it might
be an Internet-only lottery, but it's actually held live on South African
TV, so this site is basically an official ticket vendor for South African
citizens only :-( There's no indication of the odds of winning either and
can you imagine the average South African using the Net to buy a subscription
to lottery tickets ? No, neither can I...
