Review:
Buddy has some interesting pages here, including a JavaScript "random"
(er, time mod 49 - that's not random !) number generator that unfortunately
only generates one number at a time :-( He also runs a Canadian lottery
syndicate and allows you to join via a form (although you have to mail the
cheque rather than using a credit card). Some of the pages don't look too
great with the graphics turned off (no ALT tags), but the overall info is
useful.
