Review:
This site is a bit garish w.r.t. the text colours, but does let you download
a shareware random ticket generator (though I don't see how you can justify
charging for such a program) for the PC. A shame there's no screenshots,
especially when the pages says the software is "best viewed with more than
256 colours" !
